Details: During this maintenance window, TokenEx will be applying necessary vendor-supplied reliability updates to our Managed File Transfer Platform.
Impact: Due to the nature of the updates being applied, all nodes in the cluster must be taken offline prior to installation. This will result in a brief 5-10 minute interruption of the SFTP endpoint (batch.tokenex.com). While the first node in the cluster is being updated, customers will not be able to upload or download files. This activity will not impact any other TokenEx services.
